I think it's needless to say that any provider would prefer a client to be clean, clean smelling and with fresh breath before a session.

Also let's face it, it's the 21st century and really when you think about it the evolutionary need for most body hair has basically diminished.  It is also apparent that most males have a preference with regards to the amount of hair in the pubes region of female.  Based on what's happening with the media, it is also quite apparent that less is better today.

So you females out there…….what about you?  What do you prefer in your male counterparts?

I figured this might add some livelyhood to the forum which to me has basically become a TOFTT or "have you seen her" message board.

Also maybe this might shed some light to us "ignorant" males.  I know I have increased my consumption of razors over the years.Cool

Ooohhh… good topic Waz. I like a man shaved… or at least trimmed well. Some men have very little hair to start with so it shouldn't be that hard to maintain. I think most men do shave now-a-days~~ thanks guys.

If you have never done it is quite an experience. I have shaved men and what fun! The trick is to get a good razor with 3 to 5 blades that swivels. I would be happy to assist~~ hugs all.

Attempting to get out of my shell…..

This sounds like a fun question to answer. Being as my whole session is based on body slides, it's always nice to have a smooth surface to work on, it allows for more of a smooth long flowing movement.

I respect and love all body types…I can't really judge and place to much of a preference as no one is ever the same. Hairy, semi-hairy, smooth, prickly, shaved, wrinkly, whatever it is… I respect whatever the universe has bestowed upon you. As long as your respectful, clean and have positive energy in your heart, you can be a sasquach and I will figure out what to do with you :)

I haven't had the pleasure (please note the sarcasm) of having a stinker come in (knock on wood). But I'm sure a majority knows better…..I hope. It's kinda sad when you have to put "please come clean" in your ads. But I totally understand why you would have to, not many people have the common sense gene any more :(

Billie… U R LUCKY!  I have had the misfortune to encounter a few stinky clients.  Which is unexcuseable as far as I'm concerned.  So I offer a shower first, (offer.. request.. whatever).  They had no problem, but I did due to the fact I'm

assuming they forgot to add soap with the water coming out smelling as before….. c'mon, really?  I prefer as Bree says.. shaven or well trimmed.   Imagine if one of us providers smelled as these few have.. there would be major shit talking.

I'm gonna get back on topic here. I remember the first time I shaved… my hands just couldnt stay away from all that silkiness… soft petals of a flower. I believe we should celebrate our sensuality, our energy, give our bodies and our spirits the full attention they deserve.

Many cultures have celebrated core energies with abandon and I feel that what massage offers is a way back to that trueness to ourselves that "conditioning" has tried to take away. an expression of giving and recieving is what massage is… and our adornments, or lack of (shaved)  is symbolic (as well as how Waz put it) to our giving. It's like a dab of perfume and a smile… it's the feeling of giving to one's partner.

Well Bree that's an interesting perspective and thanks for sharing. Doing it for yourself as well as "giving" to others.

Billie that's such a diplomatic answer.  No personal preference?

No response from others??? Bailey, Angel, don't be shy……………LOL

And what about you guys?

The ritual of preparing oneself is an important part of the total experience. My bath or shower before a session is a meditation to calm myself and focus on what is to be shared. Massage can be so much more than tension release. As Billie says it is a total experience and I believe a spiritual connection.  This I can never give up…

But… I will be here less… as I am pursuing other venues. Change is inevitable and good for the soul.

Waz,

Did you just actually just use my name and the word 'shy' in the same sentence? Funny! With the whole metro sexual craze I am careful not to nudge anyone into thinking they need to change anything than simply being a man. Personally, I think a bit of light manscaping is always very nice and delightfully appreciated but I don't ever want to see you in line behind me waiting to get a Brazilian, lol

BTW – Billie, nice to see you coming out of your shell :)

Bailey, how did I know that would get your attention.  I know you too well.

While I might stand behind you to enjoy the view, don't worry it won't be because I'll be in line waiting to get a Brazilian.  Hot wax is not my thing.Cool

Why certainly dear, lol

Hey I'm going to be in Encinitas on Monday for some design courses which just happen to be right next to a certain favorite sushi place of mine. If you're in the area please feel free to join me. I'll be there at noon!

"Our" sushi place doesn't open until 4:30, it's dinner only.  There is another place that comes close that's open for lunch in Del Mar.  Text me or email me if you want the info and I might be able to meet you there.
